Welcome to Subconscious Solutions Psychology
Discover Your Inner World
Subconscious Solutions offers a supportive environment for individuals seeking to understand and overcome their emotional challenges. Our goal is to help you unlock your inner strength and create a more fulfilling life by exploring the depths of your mind.
Therapeutic Approach
We are a dedicated group of therapists specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy, a deeply enriching approach that delves into the unconscious patterns influencing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Our team shares a commitment to fostering meaningful personal growth by helping individuals explore their inner worlds, understand their past experiences, and uncover the connections shaping their present lives.
Each of us brings a unique perspective and expertise, creating a collaborative and compassionate environment where clients can feel safe to navigate their challenges. Whether you're seeking to resolve longstanding issues, improve relationships, or simply gain a deeper understanding of yourself, we are here to support you on your journey toward greater insight and emotional resilience.
Let’s work together to create lasting change and build a more fulfilling future.

Our Therapeutic Modalities
Psychodynamic Therapy
We utilize psychodynamic therapy to uncover unconscious patterns and explore the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship. Our approach focuses on understanding the past to navigate the present and build a resilient foundation for the future.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Therapy that blends elements of mindfulness and behavioral therapy. The central goal of ACT is to help individuals live a meaningful life aligned with their values while accepting the pain and difficulties that inevitably come with it. Instead of trying to eliminate or control uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
It combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness principles to help individuals regulate emotions, manage distress, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop effective coping skills.
Advocating for Cultural Curiosity
Openness and eagerness to learn about, understand, and appreciate cultures different from one's own. It involves exploring the beliefs, values, practices, and traditions of other societies with genuine interest and respect. We encourage people to move beyond stereotypes and preconceived notions, fostering empathy and deeper connections.

Meet Our Therapists
Dominic DiMaggio, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist
CA PSY33629
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychodynamic therapy. I believe that understanding the past is essential to navigating the present and creating a fulfilling future. With nearly a decade of training and experience, I provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

My approach is rooted in the belief that early experiences shape emotional responses and relationships. By uncovering unconscious patterns and exploring therapeutic relationship dynamics, patients gain insight into their inner world and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others. While specializing in psychodynamic therapy, I also take a collaborative approach, incorporate a multidimensional perspective, and view the therapeutic relationship as key to successful treatment.

I work with a diverse clientele, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I aim to empower patients to understand themselves more deeply, fostering personal growth and emotional resilience. I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. My enjoyment of nature, creativity, and learning informs my empathetic approach to therapy. I believe we are the culmination of our past experiences. However, through hard work and curiosity, we can change our patterns of relating and creating the lives we desire.
"History, despite its wrenching pain, cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage, need not be lived again." - Maya Angelou

Psychological Associate
PSB 94028348
I am a Psychological Associate and doctoral candidate attending Alliant International University where I am furthering my education and training to provide the most informed care to my clients. I am passionate about helping individuals create balance in their lives and understand the deep connection between physical and mental health. I believe that self-care, finding purpose, and increasing fulfillment are essential components of overall well-being.
My approach to therapy is grounded in a relational psychodynamic framework, where I view the therapeutic relationship itself as a powerful tool for understanding past experiences, perceptions, and how you view yourself and others. Together, we will explore your history– childhood and beyond—to gain insight into how these formative experiences shape your current life, behaviors, and relationships. While we work through the past, I also focus on present-moment symptom reduction. I integrate behavioral techniques and collaborate with you to build coping skills that can help you manage and reduce symptoms in your daily life.
Authenticity and vulnerability are central to my practice, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore and grow. I have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the impacts of childhood trauma. If you’re looking to foster healing, build deeper connections, and improve your overall mental and emotional well-being, I would be happy to support you in this journey.
